1. Overview
These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase of the 45-minute one-on-one digital course concept strategy session with Madelyn Galvez. By booking the session, you agree to these terms.

2. Session Details
The session will last 45 minutes and will be conducted via Zoom. The focus of the session will be to help you strategize and develop your digital course concept. Please note that the session may potentially run past 45-minutes. If this does occur, no additional fee will be added.

3. Payment Terms
The full payment is due at the time of booking to secure your session. Payments are non-refundable.

4. Rescheduling, Cancellation, Late Arrival
- Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session up to 48 hours before the scheduled time by contacting Madelyn Galvez at hello@madelyngalvez.com. Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours' notice will not be accepted, and you will forfeit your session.
- Cancellation: If you cancel more than 48 hours before your scheduled session, you will receive a credit toward a future session. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of your session and payment.
- Late Arrival: If you show up to your session more than 15 minutes late, your session will be forfeited. In case of proof of emergency, you will be able to reschedule.

5. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the best use of our time together, please come to your session on time. Be prepared with any relevant ideas, questions, or information related to your digital course concept. You are responsible for implementing the action plan and strategies discussed during the session.

6. Results and Deliverables
During the session, you will receive:
- A clear digital course concept and strategic direction.
- A customized action plan to help you execute the course creation process.
- Recommendations for tools and resources to assist in the development of your course.

While this session provides actionable guidance, success depends on your commitment to implementing the strategies discussed. Results may vary based on individual circumstances.

7. Confidentiality
Any information shared during the session will remain confidential. Similarly, you agree not to disclose any proprietary strategies or methodologies provided by Madelyn Galvez without prior written consent.

8. Intellectual Property
All materials, strategies, and resources provided by Madelyn Galvez during the session remain the intellectual property of Madelyn Galvez. You are granted a limited license to use these materials for your personal and business purposes related to your course development. You may not resell, share, or distribute these materials without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability
Madelyn Galvez is not liable for any outcomes resulting from the use of the strategies or advice provided during the session. The advice and recommendations offered are intended to guide you in your digital course development, but the final outcome is dependent on your implementation.

10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of California in the United States of America. Any disputes arising from or related to this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of California, Riverside County.

11. Amendments
These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be communicated to clients prior to their session.

By booking your 45-minute digital course strategy session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
