Terms and Conditions for the Women's Global Virtual Assistant Directory
1. Acceptance of Terms
By signing up for the Women's Global Virtual Assistant Directory (hereafter referred to as "Directory"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Directory's services.

2. Services Offered
Your purchase of a membership in the Directory includes the following services:

Private Facebook Group Directory Listing: Your listing will be made available to every member in our Business Savvy Virtual Assistant Facebook group who is seeking to hire a virtual assistant.
Email Listing Promotion: Your virtual assistant services will be highlighted in our email marketing campaigns to prospective clients actively seeking virtual assistants.
Public Directory Listing: You will receive a full-page listing in the public Women's Global Virtual Assistant Directory, which will be SEO optimized for visibility on search engines.
Front Page Feature: Your virtual assistant services will be featured on the front page of the public Directory, providing increased exposure.
3. Payment Terms
Membership in the Directory is priced as follows:

Initial Payment Plan: An initial payment of $9.97, followed by 11 monthly payments of $14.97.
One-Time Payment: A one-time payment option of $155.97 is available. By enrolling in the payment plan, you agree to allow the automatic deduction of monthly payments from the payment method you provide.
4. Bonus Offer: Instagram Advertising
If you opt into the Instagram advertising bonus, you will receive the following additional benefits:

Instagram Advertising Features: You will be highlighted and promoted on our Instagram account monthly across 12 features, which include stories, reels, and posts.
Monthly Promotion: Your virtual assistant services will be showcased to our Instagram audience, which will increase your visibility and reach.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting our support team. The following applies:

Cancellation of Payment Plans: If you are on the monthly payment plan, you may cancel at any time. However, all payments made prior to cancellation are non-refundable. Once you cancel, no future payments will be charged, and your listing will remain active until the end of the billing cycle in which you cancel.
No Refunds: All payments made are non-refundable. Whether you cancel after making a one-time payment or during a monthly payment plan, any payments already processed will not be refunded.
6. Modification of Services
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or remove any aspect of the Directory services at any time, with or without prior notice. This includes, but is not limited to, adjustments in pricing, service features, and promotions. In the case of significant changes, current members will be notified via email.

7. Membership Eligibility
Only virtual assistants who meet the eligibility criteria as defined by the Directory are permitted to create listings. We retain the right to refuse service or remove any listing that does not comply with our guidelines or community standards.

8. Use of Directory and Listings
You agree to use the Directory solely for professional purposes related to promoting your virtual assistant services. Unauthorized use, including but not limited to, spam, false advertising, or misrepresentation, will result in the termination of your membership without a refund.

9. Disclaimer of Liability
The Women's Global Virtual Assistant Directory is a platform to connect virtual assistants with prospective clients. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, such as employment, contracts, or client engagement, as a result of your listing or Instagram features. The Directory disclaims any liability for damages, losses, or dissatisfaction arising from the use of the Directory's services.

10. Intellectual Property
All content provided by the Directory, including logos, designs, and text, remains the intellectual property of the Directory. You may not use, replicate, or modify any part of the Directory for your own purposes without prior written consent.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on the Directory's website and will take effect immediately for new members, while existing members will be notified of significant changes via email.

12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of California. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in California.

By completing your registration and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
